Good reasons to write

Request a theme you'd like us to draw — a colour, a costume, an animal we haven't done yet. Tell us if a download link is broken or a file won't apply in-game. Or point out anything on the site that reads as unclear or wrong; we date our pages and fix mistakes quickly.

Using our skins

You don't need permission to download, edit or wear our skins — they're free for exactly that. You only need to ask if you want to redistribute them (for example, bundling several into a pack on another site). A quick email sorts that out.

We can't help with Mojang accounts, purchases or bans — those go to official Minecraft support. We're an independent studio and have no access to anyone's account.
